Please note: Translation Memory is NOT to be confused with Machine Translation where computers are charged with the task of translating text. This approach is far from accurate and only useful for gaining a ‘first-line understanding’ of the text being translated.
How Translation Memory software saves you money
Our Translation Memory software calculates the number of repetitions in a document and a discount is then applied to these repeated segments. Depending on the size and type of project, the savings can range from hundreds to thousands of dollars.

Our translation rates are based on the number of words in the document. In the Project Analysis phase we use Translation Memory software to calculate the number of words and repetitions in the document. We then apply a discount to repeated segments. For example: A 10,000 word document with 20% repetitions translated from English into Japanese with Translation Memory Technology will save you $515.90 off the total price and reduce the turnaround by up to 2 business days!
