About Us
Since 1989, Across Translation has been providing professional, quality translation and localisation services. The company was founded by Demetrio Padilla – an Advanced Professional NAATI Spanish translator with a vast amount of experience in the translation and interpreting industry in Australia and abroad.
For over 20 years we have had the opportunity and privilege to work with clients in a wide array of industries, enabling us to build a wealth of knowledge and experience and most importantly understand the unique requirements of each client base.
Across Translation has the expertise and resources to handle large and complex projects, yet we are still small enough to understand the highest levels of personalised customer service is the key to our continued success.
A key feature of Across Translation is our intensive and extensive use of technology to provide quality translations at the least cost to the client. Our use of technology is based on our commitment to continuously improve quality and enhance the customer service experience for our clients.

Social Responsibility
Recycle to keep the world clean
It may not seem like much but by minimising paper used in the office we are saving not only a few trees a year, we are also cutting down on water usage considering the pulp and paper industry are the single largest consumer of water in many countries. To combat this over 90% of our business is conducted via email and over the internet. Of course even we can't run a paperless business so where paper is needed we try to buy recycled and when we are finished with the paper we recycle it. Sometimes simple things make a big difference.
Meet our Sponsor Child
The staff at Across Translation have been sponsoring Asención since 2004. Asención is 12 years old and lives in a rural community in Peru. He enjoys studying at school. When he is not at school he helps his parents to graze their cattle. His favourite thing to do is play soccer. Through sponsorship Asención and his family have been able to have access to education, regular health checks and training programs for his parents.
It gives us all great joy to know that this child is benefiting so much from our small donation. We encourage you to give a little and make a huge difference in someone's life.
